Meet the Doctors

JiaJia Zhuang, L.Ac., MS.AOM

JiaJia Zhuang joined Pine Spring Acupuncture Clinic in 2020 as a California Licensed Acupuncturist. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree, JiaJia graduated at the top of her class from South Baylo University’s Master of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine program in Los Angeles. Now, she is pursuing her Doctoral Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) at Five Branches University in San Jose, the top-ranked acupuncture school in Northern California.

JiaJia specializes in treating a range of women’s health issues, including infertility, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and menopause. In addition, she uses cosmetic acupuncture techniques for non-surgical facial rejuvenation, which is effective for lifting sagging skin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and improving overall skin tone and texture. In addition, JiaJia also specializes in treating mood disorders, managing pain, and supporting people with weight control.

Particularly for those with a fear of acupuncture needles, JiaJia skillfully applies a variety of techniques, including cupping, ear seeds, Chinese herbal medicine, and pediatric TuiNa massage designed specifically for children. Her goal is to use the least painful method possible to achieve the best results for her patients.

In her spare time, JiaJia enjoys hiking with Prince — her young dog rescued from China — practicing yoga, and playing her ukulele at home.
